Bella:
Všechno bylo perfektní, alespoň tak jsem to viděla, žila jsem si poklidnou věčnost s Edwardem a všemi Cullenovými. Sanatorium bylo opraveno během dvou měsíců a všichni se do něj šťastně vrátili. Nessie byla šťastná se svou nově nalezenou láskou a já se tetelila blahem.
Moje rodina byla opět kompletní, dokonce jsme společně přestáli i návštěvu Volturiových a další návrat Jacoba. Společně se Samem jsme ho odchytili a začali léčit, sice stále nadává, ale podle Edwarda se jeho myšlenky zdají lepší. Nikdy nepochopím, co se mu to zvrtlo v palici.
Alice se ujala příprav mé svatby a já byla ráda, že mě zbavila téhle povinnosti a jak dopadla Theresa s Thomasem. Hodně podobně, jako já s Edwardem. Vyspali se spolu a nedali si pozor. Therese se narodila krásná holčička. Pojmenovali ji Thea a z Theresy se stala upírka.
Sophie statečně přešla na zvířecí krev a v sanatoriu se seznámila s jiným vegetariánem, kterému se daří pomoct jí zapomenout na lásku, kterou zabila.
Dodie se po dokončení oprav i s manželem vrátila domů, ale stále si píšeme a voláme. Zrovna nedávno nám díky ní přibyl jeden pacient.
Carlisle přijal místo v nemocnici a často pomáhá i v našem sanatoriu, stejně jako zbytek Cullenových. Všichni se snažíme a musím říct, že je to snad lepší než kdy dřív. Podle Carlisla je to tím, že jsme všichni nějak užiteční.
